Return and Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we strive to provide after-sales services according to the highest standards and the following policies:

First : Receiving Orders and Handling Damages

• The customer has the right to refuse to accept the order if there is visible damage to the items delivered to them. They can contact us via email at cs@officeco.sa or via WhatsApp at (+966509822272) to ensure better service.

• If there is damage to some products after receiving and unpacking the order, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt through one of the mentioned communication channels, along with a photo showing the damage, provided that the original packaging of the product has not been opened.

• After the complaint is approved by customer service, the order will be processed within a period not exceeding 14 working days.

• The duration of the refund depends on the bank the customer deals with, and the refund process may take up to 15 days.

Second: Exchange and Return Policy

• The customer has the right to request an exchange or return of any product within 24 hours of receiving the order through customer service.

• The exchange or return must be completed within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

• The customer is responsible for delivering the products to be returned or exchanged to the shipping company according to their procedures.

Cases for Exchange or Return

1. If the order has not been shipped yet, the customer does not bear shipping and delivery fees.
2. In case of order cancellation after it has been handed over to the shipping company, the customer bears the shipping and return fees.
3. When exchanging a product, the customer bears the re-shipping fees for the new product.
4. In case of returning part of the order or the entire shipment after receipt, the customer bears the return fees.

General Conditions :

1. OfficeCo only bears the return fees if the product is damaged or different from the original order.
2. Products eligible for exchange or return can only be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
3. Returns or exchanges of any product that has had its original packaging opened or has been used are not accepted.
4. Food items are non-returnable due to their consumable nature, unless they are damaged or defective, in which case they will be exchanged or the full amount refunded.
5. Electronic and electrical devices are not exchangeable after being opened or connected to electricity or if the original packaging is damaged. They are subject to the warranty of the agent or supplier, and the manufacturer (agent) assumes responsibility after use.
6. The customer does not have the right to return or exchange after 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
7. In case a product different from the requested one is received, OfficeCo bears the exchange fees provided that the product is not opened or damaged, and customer service must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Refunds : 

• Refunds are processed using the same original payment method through the payment gateway, within 14 working days from the date of approval for the return.

• It may take 3 to 15 days for the amount to reach the customer's account depending on the bank's policies.
